Standard Returns

Return Window

You may return standard (non-custom) items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• Free from odors, stains, or damage
• Returned with all original packaging and tags

Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom fabric accessories, we handle these returns differently:

• Custom items with monogramming or personalization are final sale
• Custom size modifications may be returned only if there is a defect
• If we made an error on your custom order, we will correct it at no charge

Defective Items

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect:

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the defect
• We will provide a prepaid return label
• You may choose a replacement, repair, or full refund

How to Return

To initiate a return:

• Contact us via email or phone with your order details
• Describe the reason for your return
• Wait for return authorization and instructions
• Ship the item to the address we provide

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

• The item arrived damaged or defective
• We sent the wrong item
• We made an error on a custom order

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• We will notify you of the return status within 3 business days
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
• Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product:

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized or monogrammed items
